Shipping and Delivery
Evie Wants, wants you to get your products as soon as possible. We endeavour to ship all products within twenty four hours of the order being placed. If your order, being dispatched is delayed for any reason one of our customer care team representatives will endeavour to contact you and advise you of the dispatch date.
Any order over $200 will receive free shipping. For all other orders below $200 a $10 postage fee will be incurred.
Please do not worry, all our packaging is discreet, with no identifying branding on the outside packaging. After all who wants everyone to know what you are purchasing.
All our products are shipped with Australia Post, utilising parcel post. The delivery times range from two to five business days in metropolitan areas, delivery times outside of these areas range from five to ten business days however it could take a little longer in remote areas, after all Australia is a big country and some deliveries will unfortunately take a little longer to get to some places than others.
Over holiday periods and during busy seasonal periods these delivery times might not always be achievable.
We ship to Australian post office boxes and to both private and business street addresses.
Please ensure that when you enter your address details you enter these carefully and correctly when placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for extra shipping costs incurred as a result of insufficient or incorrect address information.
If your parcel is returned to us because your order did not contain sufficient or complete information, one of our customer care team representatives will contact you by email, however for us to ship this back out to you it will incur an additional postage and handling fee of $10 regardless of the value of your order.
All deliveries will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to take delivery of your parcel then a calling card will be left for you to collect your parcel from your nearest post office. There is no additional charge for this collection service from the post office.
Once your product has been dispatched a tracking number and link will be supplied to you via email, so you can track your product. Or you can login to our member’s site and track your order through this.
If you have not received your product within ten to fifteen days please email us and inform us of the order number, and that you have not received delivery of your order and we will chase everything up with Australia post directly.
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at the moment. We are however investigating our options for the future. So please be patient with us while we work on this.
If in the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order, then you will be notified via email within one business day and we will work with you to ensure you get a product that best suits your needs, if we are unable to fulfil this then a full refund is available, whichever you prefer.
Returns Policy
Evie Wants tries everything to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase, and wants to ensure that you remain delighted with this purchase. However there are occasions where products are faulty, and as such require replacing.
We will try everything to ensure that any faulty products are replaced during the warranty period of the product. Majority of the sex toys that we stock carry a one year warranty, so that means that you have the comfort of a one year warranty from the date of purchase on these specific products.
All other faulty products carry a thirty day returns policy.
We would love to please everyone and it is our business to ensure that you are pleased in every way, regrettably some items cannot be returned (unless the product is faulty), due to health and hygiene reasons we cannot exchange used products or “change of mind” products. These include adult toys and any liquid (perfumes, massage oils, lubricants etc).
If the item purchased, is within the warranty period of receipt (sex toys – one year, all other products – thirty days) and the faulty product is due to a manufacturing defect or fault, please return these to us and we will replace it with an identical product, if we cannot replace it with an identical product, we will offer you the choice of another product of the same value, or we will offer you a full refund.
Things to check
Before you start the process for returning your faulty product to us, could we please ask you to do a quick check of the following:
- Ensure that the correct batteries are being used within your product. AA and AAA batteries do look similar.
- Are the batteries inserted the correct way ? The majority of toys have + / – indicators. In some toys all batteries are inserted with the terminals facing the same way e.g. ++, while other toys have the batteries in alternate directions e.g. + –
- Check your batteries. Ensure that they are changed. If you are unsure, then replace them with a new set of batteries.
- Ensure that the battery connections have not been exposed to moisture and that they are dry.
- Some lids shut with a “click” to lock them in place, so please ensure that the lid is closed correctly.
- If the toys has come with directions, please read these, as some of the new toys come with a locking sequence such that 2 buttons must be held down to unlock before power will come on.
- If all these measures fail and the item is still within its warranty terms then please let us know.
Please note that goods should be returned in a good condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging along with your completed returns form. Please make sure you return your items to us within the warranty period after having notified us of your intention via email. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at our own discretion and may only be refunded as an online store credit.
All faulty returns within the warranty period are free within Australia.
